Refunds, Billing, and Purchase Policy

1. The ZippyLearner Guarantee

We want you to be thrilled with your progress. Because our services include immediate access to intellectual property and live community events, we have established the following clear boundaries for refunds.

2. Community Memberships (Skool Tiers)

Our community tiers (Fluency Circle and VIP) are billed as recurring subscriptions.
  • 14-Day “Happiness Guarantee”: For first-time subscribers, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 14 days of your initial purchase. If the “Zippy” method isn’t for you, email us at contact@zippylearner.com for a full refund.
  • After 14 Days: No refunds are provided after the first 14 days of your membership.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Skool “Settings > Billing” page. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a month.

3. Physical & Digital Books

  • Physical Books: Purchases made through third-party retailers (Amazon, Kyobo, etc.) are subject to the return policies of those specific retailers. ZippyLearner cannot process returns for books bought elsewhere.
  • Digital Downloads (PDFs/E-books): Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of standalone digital guides, worksheets, and e-books are final.

4. 10-Week Sprint Sessions & Live Events

If you purchase a “VIP Pass” or a specific “Live Sprint” package separately from a monthly membership:
  • Before the Sprint Starts: 100% refund available up to 48 hours before the first live session.
  • After the Sprint Starts: As these sessions involve live interaction and limited “Hot Seats,” no refunds are provided once the 10-week cycle has begun.

5. Billing & Payment Security

We use secure, third-party encrypted gateways (Stripe, PayPal, and NHN KCP) to process all transactions.
  • Receipts: You will receive a receipt via email immediately after every successful transaction.
  • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and ensure your payment method is up-to-date to avoid losing access to the “Vault” or the “Live Lounge.”

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
