Refund Policy
Overview
Refunds may be possible for up to 7 days on select products, as outlined below. As our site only deals with digital products and services, no returns are accepted.
In the case of a course purchase:
- If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund and your sale is considered “Final”.
- If it is less than 7 days since your purchase, our refund policy is prorated based on the percentage of course completed/viewed:
- 50% or more completed – No refund will be given.
- 25-49% completed – 25% refund is possible
- 10-24% completed – 75% refund is possible
- 0-9% completed – 100% refund is possible
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products, including:
- eBooks
- PDFs
- Digital media
- Any other digitized products downloaded from our site
We’re sorry, but the download of digital files can’t be undone, and we must respect the publishers’ ability to earn a living from its production and distribution, thus no refunds are available on those products. If, however, you feel that your download was not as promised, please do let us know, so we may follow up with the publisher and correct the issue.
Refunds
Once your request for a refund is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your request and provide the approved refund amount or rejection of your refund with cause.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
